I remember leaving that situation and just crying for HOURS! Praying on her behalf that God would help her to let go, and to forgive, so her healing could start. My heart was shattered for her. As I was laying down my burden for this lady and giving this concern to the Lord, I sat at the piano and poured out EVERYTHING I was thinking and feeling at that moment.' This experience led Amanda to create this beautiful song, 'Lay Your Burdens Down.'
