Our mission 

Our passion is to expand the reach of Christian music. 

All of our activities are 100% independent. Music picks and featured artists reflect our personal taste (which is not for sale). We perform a number of activities:

  • Showcase newly released Christian music by writing about the heart and intent of the song. The articles can be read on our website, social media, Christian Music Today, and Google News. We occasionally showcase music (guest posts) on other Christian music platforms (e.g. New Release Today).
  • On Friday we publish a very extensive overview of the newly released Christian music that we found during the past week. 
  • Our news feed (RSS & Google News) is used by Christian radio stations/networks, journalists, bloggers, music fans, and playlist curators to track all of our posts.
  • Manually curate weekly refreshed playlists on various music streaming services. 
  • Transcribe and publish lyrics that appear on music apps, such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Shazam, etc.
  • We collect and post the raw data we receive about new Christian releases on New Christian Music Releases to help others write their own stories about new releases. (We believe most press releases are a complete waste of time and resources, and don't help writers to create engaging content.) 
  • We write Christian devotionals (3-5 minute read) on The Dove (a publication on Medium.com) that include a new Christian music release. Devotionals are specifically written around one of the scriptures passages that we believe is relevant for the song, so that we can showcase that song at the end of the devotional. 
What makes us (and our content) unique is our passion to capture the heart behind a release and share that with our audience.

Our goal is to: 

  • help Christian artists reach new listeners
  • make it easier to find (new) Christian music on streaming services
  • help listeners find new Christian music releases
  • enhance the listening pleasure of Christian music
  • assist artists in monetizing their song lyrics

Our listeners can be confident that they will be listening to music from Christian artists and there will not be anything offensive or contradicting a Christian lifestyle in the lyrics.


Our Playlists

Initially, our playlists and radio station were aimed at the Christian EDM (CEDM) genre, incl. Christian Trance & Christian House. 

The technology we implemented to manage our playlists enabled us to add playlists for ‘other Christian genres’. We currently have the following playlists:

Playlists in the English language

  • New Music Friday playlists for CCM, CEDM, and Gospel genres
  • Top Christian Songs - a playlist with Christian Contemporary Music (CCM)
  • Christian Dance Party - a playlist with Christian Dance tracks (mostly CEDM genre)
  • Today's Best Gospel Songs - a playlist with new and popular Christian Gospel tracks 
  • Instrumental Worship - a playlist with Christian Instrumental music (ambient versions of (popular) Christian songs / hymns)
  • Christian Christmas music
  • Christian Running Music - 3 running playlists with energetic tracks grouped by tempo (140 / 160 / 180 bpm)

  • Christelijke Pop (NL) - a playlist with Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) in Dutch
  • Christelijk Kerstmuziek (NL) - a playlist with Christmas CCM trackls in Dutch
Playlist in the Italian language
  • Musica Christiana Italiana (IT) - a playlist with Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) in Italian

We managed to get access to data about the number of times that songs have been played in the past 14 days... and this led to our creation of the following Top-charts:  

  • Top 100 Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) - English language
  • Top 50 of newly released CCM / CEDM music in the past week - English language

All playlists are refreshed every 1 - 2 weeks. These playlists are available on Spotify, Deezer, and YouTube.
