Brooke Ligertwood - A Thousand Hallelujahs - Live (CCM)

Brooke Ligertwood - A Thousand Hallelujahs - Live
Brooke Ligertwood has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called A Thousand Hallelujahs - Live.

Brooke Ligertwood, a member of HillSong Worship, released her latest solo worship single on Friday (Jan 14th). "A Thousand Hallelujahs" is the first release from Ligertwood's 'SEVEN' album and has been written by Phil Wickham, Brooke and her husband Scott Ligertwood.

A 30-piece choir, musicians from all over the modern worship movement (Hillsong, Bethel, Vineyard), and stunning new prayer-soaked songs written and arranged according to Brooke's singular vision put Jesus at the center of this performance.

Lyrics:

Who else would rocks cry out to worship
Whose glory taught the stars to shine
Perhaps creation longs to have the words to sing

But this joy is mine

With a thousand hallelujahs
We magnify Your Name
You alone deserve the glory
The honor and the praise
Lord Jesus this song is forever Yours
A thousand hallelujahs
A thousand more

Who else would die for our redemption
Whose resurrection means I'll rise
There isn't time enough to sing of all You've done
But I have eternity to try

With a thousand hallelujahs
We magnify Your Name
You alone deserve the glory
The honor and the praise
Lord Jesus this song is forever Yours
A thousand hallelujahs
A thousand more

Praise to the Lord
To the Lamb
To the King of heaven
Praise for He rose
Now He reigns
We will sing forever

Praise to the Lord
To the Lamb
To the King of heaven
Praise for He rose
Now He reigns
We will sing forever

With a thousand hallelujahs
We magnify Your Name
You alone deserve the glory
The honor and the praise
Lord Jesus this song is forever Yours
A thousand hallelujahs
A thousand more

We sing praise to the Lord
To the Lamb
To the King of heaven
Praise for He rose
Now He reigns
We will sing forever

With a thousand hallelujahs
We magnify Your Name
You alone deserve the glory
The honor and the praise
Lord Jesus this song is forever Yours
A thousand hallelujahs
A thousand more

Rhett Walker - Man on the Middle Cross (CCM)

Rhett Walker's CCM song, 'Man on the Middle Cross,' is a powerful reflection on the profound impact of God's grace and mercy. The song was inspired by a sermon by Alistair Begg, focusing on the two men crucified alongside Jesus, and the transformative power of Christ's sacrifice. The lyrics vividly describe the scene of three wooden crosses on a hill, with two sinners on either side of Jesus. The first verse expresses the realization that, at times, we all can relate to the sinners on the crosses—feeling guilty, regretful, and undeserving of God's love and forgiveness. The chorus beautifully captures the experience of both sinners, acknowledging that one has been on the left, filled with guilt and regret, while the other has been on the right, always seeking conflict and thinking forgiveness is beyond reach. The overwhelming theme throughout the song is the recognition of God's grace and mercy, which are not earned or deserved but freely given to all. The br
