The Jesus Followers | Pray for the Bad, Pray for the Good (CEDM)


'The Jesus Followers' are a missionary family based in New Zealand. Titus, a member of the family, made a personal commitment to producing FREE Christian music that would encourage the next generation, yet remain faithful to the Bible. 

Let me share with you this interesting fact... Titus is not a professional music producer, but rather he calls himself "just a music lover who collaborates with talented people to create songs aimed at teaching the Bible and glorifying God". These are his first two works! 

It is inspiring to see how God is able to use our talents and bless the work of willing hands for His glory.

'Pray for the Bad, Pray for the Good' is a beautifully made track based on Matthew 5:43-47. "You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that?"

'Jesus Name' by Seek and Surrender: Embracing the Promise in Prayer

'Jesus Name' by Seek and Surrender is about how powerful it is to speak the name of Jesus. Many Christians will say, 'yes, I know that', but the truth of the matter is that speaking His name is a faith-driven force that is often overlooked as we go through our day-to-day activities.  This song gently reminds us that the truth of Jesus can overpower any lie we face, and reassures us of the freedom we find in Him.
