Sylvia and the Sibs - Twinkling Light (CCM / Xmas) - video & lyrics


Sylvia and the Sibs has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called Twinkling Light.

The release date was based on when the song was listened to by more than just our family and friends. It started playing on Christian Music On The Horizon radio on April 13th. However, it did not get on Spotify until May 1st.

The song was written and composed by Nohemi Brewer's 12 year old daughter, Sylvia, who's been writing songs with her siblings during the COVID-19 quarantine. Twinkling Light is an original Christmas song. In Sylvia's own words: "The song is truly inspired through the Holy Spirit. The lyrics depict all the elements of the manger scene. The three kings and their gifts, the angels, the animals, the star, and the baby King. The chorus describes how the star's light shines onto Jesus providing Him a night light. The main message of this song is Jesus guides us with His light, just as the star guided the people to the manger scene."
