Holly Halliwell - You (CCM)

Holly Halliwell has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called You.

Behind the song: Oftentimes, non-believers have this idea that they're supposed to have things figured out and perfected before going to church or praying to God. They think that they have to fix the broken parts of themselves first - not fully understanding that their brokenness is one of the very things Jesus wants to help them with. "You" speaks to this common struggle.
The message of “You” is: Jesus loves you just as you are and wants to have a relationship with you.
No perfection required.
Believers can fall into a similar trap - avoiding prayer or worship because of feeling the need to “fix” or to "deal" with the baggage in their lives first. When all the while, Jesus simply invites His people to come to Him - baggage and all.
In thinking about the miraculous stories of healing in the Bible, we can see that those people didn't try to heal their diseases before coming to him. They came with their brokenness and Jesus changed everything.
With the state of our world today, we think people need to hear this message now more than ever.
Jesus doesn't want “perfection” - as we draw closer to Him in our brokenness, He will begin to refine what’s broken. We don't need to "fix" anything before going to Him.
All He just wants is YOU.

Brandon Lake - Praise You Anywhere (CCM)

'Praise You Anywhere' by Brandon Lake is a powerful anthem that encourages us to turn to praise in every season of life. No matter the circumstances we face, choosing to praise God will shift our perspective and ignite faith within us. The lyrics of the song remind us that in the midst of darkness, fire, and challenges, we can dance, sing, and praise God. We are called to worship even when it doesn't make sense and to boldly face the giants that stand before us. The song emphasizes the power of praising God in the highest, acknowledging His worthiness of all our praise. The song encourages us to trust that God will bring us through, and in response, we will praise Him anywhere. The bridge of the song beautifully highlights God's faith

'Jesus Name' by Seek and Surrender: Embracing the Promise in Prayer

'Jesus Name' by Seek and Surrender is about how powerful it is to speak the name of Jesus. Many Christians will say, 'yes, I know that', but the truth of the matter is that speaking His name is a faith-driven force that is often overlooked as we go through our day-to-day activities.  This song gently reminds us that the truth of Jesus can overpower any lie we face, and reassures us of the freedom we find in Him. It's like having a conversation with your heart and reminding it of hope.  But there is more to this song. It expands on the promises that Jesus made about faith - especially the faith that can move mountains. I have to admit that I have doubts whether my faith can move mountains… I know I still have a way to grow in that. Thankfully, we don't need to to have mastered that level of faith before we see the effects of speaking His name.  Part of the lyrics refer to the passage, 'When you ask, it will be given unto you'. What does that mean? Anythin
